看样子是 libcurl3 安装没有成功，试了一下 貌似只有 libcurl4 了，安装了 还是不能继续。。。
希望有鸟大的 帮忙看一下

英文论坛搜到的解决方法。
下载安装脚本，把安装脚本里的curl3改为curl4。
命令如下：

本人也遇到这个问题，但上面的方法并不能解决。
此问题发生的原因是安装程序运行 apt-get update 来更新树莓派系统，更新 libcurl3 时遇到问题。
google搜索了一下外网，https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=30059 提到的方法测试有效。
既是安装前先运行 sudo apt-get update --allow-releaseinfo-change
再运行 sudo curl -L install.domoticz.cn | sudo bash
